I'm sure various people come to this name various ways, but my cousin named her son this as a way to carry on our family name "Bray" because there are no male sons, so essentially our branch of the family is "dying out".

Personal experiences with the name Brayson: | Edit

This is my son's name, I just kinda came up with it and like'd it a lot.
I thought he was the only person with that name but im not suprised that he's not
since there are so many people in the world. He will turn 2 years old on Nov. 30th,2009.
I didnt name him after any other names or anything like that.
I just wanted something unique. He is very energetic like me when I was younger,
I love being a father.

Everyone calls my son Bray now but im hoping that will not be the case when he's older.
