I have a 23 month old son named Cairo, the name is not common and I absolutely love it. I've never heard of anyone with this name, except the City of Cairo. When people ask us our sons name they always say wow thats a nice name. I just always liked the way the name Cairo sounded and decided it would be a great name for my son. He is a very out-going child with a strong name.
