Faulk is my maiden name. I've considered naming my son Faulkner in honor of my side of the family. Only thing is, I'm not sure what I would use for a middle name. Also, I'm the only one who seems to be crazy about it, even my mother says it sounds a little odd. DH says its a little too literary for him. Especially when I joked his name could be Faulkner Scott Lastname or Faulkner Fitzgerald Lastname or Faulkner Hawthorne Lastname, haha. Even so, I still love the idea of it as a first name.
