My brother's name is Hiram. It was a family name, passed down, of a pioneer who first settled and farmed the land my family still farms. Hiram, and his family and friends, love his name! He is the one and only! It means "most noble." He often goes by "H" or initials "HB." Recently a friend named their son after him. The name has served him well over the years, he is twentysomething.
