Knoah, spelled with a "K" means "New Life" The "K" is silent as in the word "know".

We choose to add a "K" in front of the traditional name Noah because, we knew our Knoah was going to be born with a physical disability. Our son, who is physically different than the general public is going to be recognized because of his disability, I want him recognized because of his name. He is a person first and has a name.
