I love this name! I can never use it because my friend just used it for her son but I think if you're looking for a cool baby boy name Rhodes is hard to beat. I haven't seen it on any lists (which I like because then it's unlikely another kid in his class will have the same name) but I bet it will be an up and comer. Rhodes seems classy and sophisticated but also cool and with a great geographic reference (Rhodes is a major Greek island with a lot of history dating back to antiquity and of course had one of the Seven Ancient Wonders of the World in the Colossus of Rhodes).

My friend's son is named Rhodes - he's the cutest, happiest little boy you've ever seen - very funny and precocious! I thought it might be too adult for him but it suits him perfectly.
