I personally do not like the nickname 'Sammy' for Sampson. Unlike the name 'Samson',
Sampson's syllables are distinctly "Samp•son" (according to the dictionary, et al). I much prefer 'Sam', 'Samps', etc...I love the full name of Sampson best, though! :)
