It's an italian name and it's pronounced Ah-bree-elle-uh or Ah-bree-elle.
I don't agree with the comment above; the name Abrielle is not Italian. Its form is clearly French, but the name isn't used in France, either. It appears to be a modern (American?) invention, a happy merging of names like Gabrielle, Arielle and Abril.
Actually Abrielle is a French variation of the French name Abrial, which means open; or secure.
I would guess French too, but I can see the argument toward Italian influence. Also, I think it sounds better (personally) prounounced with a hard A like in Avery. Anyone else???
I disagree & all my friends do too; AH in Abrielle gives it a much more femine sound that sounds flirtatious yet sophisticated
^ I agree Abrielle sounds better with that sound than a hard A sound
I third that(: I'm going to have twins soon and they're probably going to be named Adrielle & Abrielle
Abrielle is italian ..sorry for the unknowing guesses ...how do i know I am italian called Abrielle ... many here in the north of italia. Abri x
