I was just looking for where my daughters name came from when I ran across this website...Her name is also Adrianna which is kinda funny because I had originally picked out Adrian but my mom thought it sounded too much like a boys name...Her original name was to be Adrian Skylar but I got talked into Adrianna Taylor...The only thing I dont like about the name Adrianna is how people mispronounce it all the time...I pronounce it as Adri-ANNA, not ana, which is what I named her...I drives me crazy to hear people say it wrong especially even after I correct them...It is a very beautiful name and I have not met anyone else with the name...I just wondered how you pronounced it and if people say it wrong...Thanks so much!
