My daughter's name is Alessandra. We get so many compliments and I'm really glad we chose such a beautiful, timeless name. We selected it for it's Italian roots and sophisticated sound. I will say, it's misspelled often. We've opted to nickname her after her middle name, Bella, rather than from her first name. All in all, I think it's lovely.
