My name is Allyssa and I love it. There isn't very many "Allyssa"s spelled with two Ls. I have never really ran into anyone who had the same name as me, at least spelled the same. It makes me feel special :]
Me too! It's the only way to spell it!:)- Personal experiences with the name Allyssa: | Edit
Well, in my experience few people can spell it properly and usually mispronounce it when they first meet you. It looks so much more balanced than Alyssa though. We Allyssa's are a tough bunch with our own opinions and a will to match. Still we are a very loyal group. I read a card in Greece that says our name "Aliki" in Greek may be another name for the goddess Artemis. Neat, huh?
