Personal experiences with the name Brenda: | Edit

I remember back in the '80s there was a teenage character named Brenda on the soap opera "Capitol." Even back then I thought it seemed like an old-fashioned named for a teenager.

I also know a Brynda, which I think is a pretty and unique variation (I have never heard of anyone else with the name) - I gather she likes her name, though I imagine she gets weary of correcting the spelling and pronunciation.
