I thought I made it up, but after I googled it I found that I hadn't! I like to think of it as a new twist on the name Camryn. Can also be spelled Camlynn. I think that it has potential, which is why i submitted it. It's rare enough to appeal to all the parents who don't want another Emma, but it's easy to say and already sounds familiar (because of camryn). Plus it lends it's self to great nick names: like Cam, Cami/Cammy or Lynn, Linnie
