Personal experiences with the name Caryn: | Edit

Caryn is a good name to have, it's neutral and common-place yet different. I've only met one or two other people named Caryn in my life. The name allows for any type of personality that your child may have, because there aren't a lot of preconceived notions about people with this name. I've never been teased or had any nicknames, and this is one of the reasons my mom told me she picked Caryn- no way to shorten it, and it doesn't really rhyme with anything.

I like my name being Caryn. It's uncommon around were I live. My full name is Caryn Elizabeth Jackson, But I go by my nickname, CaryBeth. I was named after my Mom and Dad. My mom's name is Carla-Car...-my dad's name is Lynn-...yn...Caryn. [=
