It seems to have been around a really long time, but my husband and I had never heard of it before naming our daughter. If we were to give meaning to her name it would be a depth and fullness of beauty grace and mercy.

We decided to name our daughter Chrysanna after combining our first choice of Chrysanthemum Ann. Chrysanna seemed to have a better flow and we thought that would end up being a her nick name anyway. We love her name and find it to be rare.
