Comments and insights on the name Delanie: | Edit

My name is Delanie (some people spell my name Delaney) I am 32 years old I hated my name when I was a kid because people always pronounced it wrong but by high school I loved it and still do love my name it does drive me crazy when I hear someone has named their son Delanie I know it's because there is a football player named Delanie Walker parents please stop naming your boys Delanie it just sounds stupid! My parents got my name from a movie called Rio Lobo there was a charachter in the movie named Shasta Delanie so my older sister got Shasta and I got Delanie. We both love our names and get lots of compliments on them. My friends either call me D or Lanie.
