We are planning to use the Phinley spelling in honor of my greek heritage and to add a bit more uniqueness to its growing popularity. Nickname Finney. We like that is pairs nicely with her sisters unisex name Dylan, Dilly.

My daughter was born in July, 2010 and her name is Finley! Most people under 50 really like (love) it, and in general, those over 50 need us to repeat it and don't seem to comprehend! We love it because its got a history in the name charts but its not heard of very often. Some spell it with a D as in Findley as it must sound like we say it that way!
