My name is Ginny, its short for Virginia but since my dad was mia when the paper work got filled out im just Ginny on my birth certificate. i've loved it and iv'e hated it. i'm the only ginny i've ever met in real life, and the only one born after 1980 lol....i was born in '91 btw. i've gone by Ginniey, Genny, Gee, Gin, Ginger, Gigi, Virginia, and Vergi (like fergi but ya know with a v and way better then her lol). i love being unique and one of a kind. as for down sides, i'd say never finding one of those bike license plate things with my name kinda sucked. and really anything that says ginny already is nonexistent. really anything with a "G" is hard to find. which is why i pretty much buy anything with a G on it lol. oh and the harry potter chick Ginny weasly...so not cool. but at least people learned how to pronounce my name lol.
