We just named our baby girl Graciela. Graciela is a family name (our baby is 1/2 Cuban), and we thought it was lovely. Our friends and co-workers like the name, and the multitude of nicknames you can come up with.
Like above, we named our little girl Graciela. We often use Grace or Gracie as short. She is 3 years old and is constantly called Gracie by her brothers (Two older, one younger, two brothers her age, she's a triplet). I think she will grow up with Gracie and Grace, and switch to Graciela once she's in the working world.
