- Personal experiences with the name Josie: | Edit
I have a two-and-a-half year old named Josie. Named after my father, Joseph. It suits her to a "t". She's an easy-going, thoughtful and stylish little girl. Most often question we get is "is it short for Josephine?" And it isn't because we thought if we gave her a long first name, no one would ever hear her middle name, Claire. So it's Josie Claire. By the tie her generation grows up, Josie and the Pussycats will no longer register, which I think is a good thing!
