my name is Kenna and there is only 2 kenna's have I ever heard of. one is a hairdress/cosmetologist she is who my mom got the name from, tho I don't think they have met...and the other is a little girl who I happened to see a name on a drawing and I asked but I never met her only her mother.

My name is Kenna and I've always enjoyed the fact that my name is different but not too different. It's easy to pronounce and spell (usually) and people remember you. I was named after my dad (Kenneth). I don't know any other Kenna's but have had several people tell me that they "know a Kenna" or that they have a friend named Kenna. The name has grown in popularity with the run of McKenna's (or Mackenna) now - making the name more recognizable but still unique.
