Personal experiences with the name Leahanna: | Edit

I have only met one person with my name when I was younger. Even then, she spelled it differently—something along the lines of Leeanna. My mother, thinking the name Leah or Anna separately were just too short, combined the two to create my name. Pronounced “Lee-ah-nah”. It's an okay name. Kind of a mouthful, and especially annoying when teachers pronounce it ridiculously, though I can't really blame them.

A combination of the two names Leah and Anna, both of which are from the Bible. Leah being the homely, weak-eyed wife of Jacob, and Anna being a Prophetess.
