There is an old song titled "Tell him, Leona" about a woman who is stepping out on her husband.
My daughter's name is Leona. I love the name and it fits her well. She's only 1 but we haven't given her a nick name yet; Leo, Ona, Lele, and Lea just don't fit her, so for now she's Leona. I was a little surprised at how many people never heard of the name, since it's very similar to Fiona, but I love that no one else has her name yet it is a classic.
