Personal experiences with the name Marigold: | Edit

I love this name and it was on my short list for my baby girl, but when she was born it just didn't fit her. I associate Marigold with a blond or red-head or even chestnut-haired little girl, I guess because of the word "gold" in it, and my baby was born with black hair. I know a baby born around the same time as mine and she is named Marigold. In my opinion she is a lucky baby because she will grow up to have an unusual but pretty, fanciful but not kooky, name.
