Comments and insights on the name Noelle: | Edit

My daughter's name is Noelle Rosemary. She was born in August. I don't think you need to be a December baby to have such a lovely name. She is named Noelle because my dad's middle name is Noel, we call her Ellie. That is a dumb rule on a great, uncommon name.

Personal experiences with the name Noelle: | Edit

I was born Christmas Day and my middle name is Noelle. I love it. I really think this name (along with Natalie/ia) should only be given to girls born near Christmas. Having a name that means "Christmas" just don't work when you're born in May.

You should tell that to my parents.

My middle name is Noel. I was born in October. But I assume I was named it because my mom liked how it fit with my first name and because I was the first born, they call me their first Noel. Its kind of funny because around Christmas time, my mom will sing to me, The First Noel.

My name is Noel, I was also born in October, but I was named Noel because my fathers name is Leon and it is his name backwards

My cousin's name is Noelle, and she was born in July. (she's 7) My aunt picked it because she loved how it was spelled and I agree. This is the French way to spell it and i think it's so pretty. it doesn't matter when you were born if you were born around christmas time great but it doesn't really affect the name.

Meanings and history of the name Noelle: | Edit

Noelle is also my middle name. My first name is Joy and one of my friends first name is Holly Noelle. Holly was born in December but I was born in September. Likewise, you don't really need to be born in December to have a name that means something so wonderful that relates to Jesus is some way.
