Comments and insights on the name Saylor: | Edit

My husband grew up sailing and always wanted to name his daughter Saylor. I loved it too because it is unique and has a connection to my husband. We get so many compliments on it. A lot of people do call her Taylor, but she is quick to correct them, even at age 3. =)

Personal experiences with the name Saylor: | Edit

My friend is named Saylor and I think it's a very pretty name. She also loves sailing so I think it's kinda funny her name is so close to Sailor. But when she'd introduced herself to people, many people misheared and called her Taylor.

My little sister is named Saylor. She is a very strong willed child. She is also very smart even at the young age of 5. I can tell she'll be a theatre kid when she gets older due to her creative and outgoing nature.

I am in my 70s and all the girls at school had names like Linda, Judy, Karen, etc. except there was one girl whose name was Sailor. She was tall with short platinum blonde hair and was wild. I wonder where she is today.
