What's always surprised me about Shula is that her siblings in the programme are David, Elizabeth and Kenton. I think Shula and Kenton are twins? Anyway, the names' styles are so varied.

A short form of Shulamit, a Hebrew women's name mentioned in the Song of Songs. Shulamit comes from the hebrew word "shalom" (peace, wholeness) and means "the peaceful one" or "the perfect one." Shulamit may be considered the female form of Solomon.

On "The Archers," the name was apparently created by throwing a set of dice with random letters on them and creating names from it
