My middle name is Taina and my mother decided give me my name, as such, because of my roots. I am an Algonquian Native American and Puerto Rican Taino. Legend has it there was a female chief in the Taino people named Taina. She was a warrior and a fighter. My father wanted it because he is Scandinavian and said that he wasn't going to be there when I was born so he wanted his 'Driver Of A Cart' to be a 'Mystery'...
