Please help me find a name

I'm looking to change my name since the one my parents gave me comes off too feminine to really fit me anymore, since I'm kind of thinking I'm probably not a girl a lot of the time. Like I Don't Know What The H*ll I Am, But Occasionally I'm A Girl And Occasionally I'm A Guy But Most Of The Time I'm Nothing Really and I'd kind of prefer to have a name that reflects that. I have a whole list and most of it is like just not quite exactly right. Like it's close, but just. Not just there yet. Rn it's:

Caleb (too masculine)

Ellory (too close to my friend's name)

Harper (too modern/trendy sounding)

Mattie (sounds like a nickname but I don't know what for)

Selah (tbh I don't even know why I don't want it)

Aiden (It just doesn't fit me)

Milo (^^^)

Emmett (Twilight)

Theory (It's a word)

I can't ask anyone irl for help right now but if any of y'all can help I like names with like historical/book references? Thanks in advance if anyone can.

Unisex names like Riley, Cameron, Casey, Rowan, Peyton, and Ashton might fit the bill. Good luck!

I think my favorite name that would be consistent with your slide on the gender spectrum is Merle, with both male and female prominent associations but rare in current use.

You can always look at the more common unisex names:

Jamie, Marion, Jackie, Frankie, Sam, Merrill, Devon, Gale, Robin/Robbie, Casey, Quinn, Charlie, Dakota, Peyton, Rowan, Skylar/Skyler, Sidney/Sid/Sydney/Syd, Kendall, Emerson

A few others you might like:

McKinley, London, Parker, Kennedy, Reagan, Ashton, Jordan, Alexis, Finley, Phoenix, Bailey, Kasey/Cason/Kason/Mason/Jason, Elisha, Elliot (or just Eli,) Jo/Josiah/Josephine/Josie, Ari, Micah, Theo, Ezra, Jasper, Everett, Oliver/Ollie, August, Summer, Walker

There are a few that are becoming more feminine but are traditionally masculine. Ex: Riley, Addison, Avery

You also have the -ayden names, which you can spell pretty much however you want - nowadays there's no real "most common" spelling. Aidan, Jadyn, Hayden, Raiden, Zaiden, Caiden/Cadence, etc.

Mattie is a nickname for a lot of things! Matthew, Matthias, Margaret, Madison, Martha, Madeline, Matilda, Marty, and Maitri (pronounced a little bit like Myah-tree)

I apologise for any repeats!

My two favorite gender neutral names, which both fit your literary/historical preference, are Arden and Callisto. Arden from the Forest of Arden in Shakespeare; I think it leans more female, but it also has masculine usage, and fits the current two-syllables-ending-in-n trend for boys' names so well that I think it works really well as a neutral. Callisto is feminine in ancient Greek mythology, but masculine in modern romance language usage. Cal is also a nice neutral nickname (which Jeffrey Eugenides took advantage of in Middlesex, although that Cal was originally Calliope).

I'll also throw out Luca, which is masculine in Italian but has that a ending that is more commonly associated with feminine names.
