Comments and insights on the name Gaelan: | Edit

This name is rendered old. It is not popular, and with this particular spelling you will find yourself correcting others constantly.
I have read that people with this name tend to be a powerful force to all whose lives they touch. They are capable, charismatic leaders who often undertake large endeavors with great success. They value truth, justice, and discipline, and may be quick-tempered with those who do not(this is my son to a T). If they fail to develop their potential, they may become impractical and rigid.

Personal experiences with the name Gaelan: | Edit

This is my son's first name. It is pronounced GAY'-len. I fell in love with it's spelling, meaning, origin, and the way it flowed with the rest of his name. I have had people spell his name Gaelynn, Galen, Galin, Galon, Gaellyn, and the list goes on. I've learned to let it go since he knows how to spell his name and now he can tell them himself how it's spelled!
