My son's name is Weston. We call him West most of the time. His name really fits him. But people constantly ask if Weston was my maiden name or a family name (it wasn't, we just loved the name. Many kids are named Parker, Delaney or Jackson and nobody asks THEIR parents if it's a family name.)
