My name is Alexa and I love it, the only drawback is that people that I don't know that well (substitute teachers, other adults) mistakenly call me Alexis or Alexandra. Easy enough to correct them and not an issue.
We chose this name for our daughter after a variation of her aunt's name. We also already had an Alexis in the family, but like the more uncommon Alexa better. We call her Ally and she didn't know her full name until she was in school but she does like it.
My name is Alexa. I love my name, but people often think my name is Alexis. I think the name is pretty unique! :)
