I went to high school with two girls named Anastasia - both went by Stacey, which was a complete shame.
My daughter's given name is Anastasia and we call her Stacy. She's well aware of her full name and we suspect she'll end up using it in the future.
I also went to school with a girl named Anastasia who went by Stacey. When I named my daughter Anastasia I didn't allow anyone to call her Stacy, but her sister started calling her Stasia and it stuck. So we call her both Anatsasia and Stasia.
