Personal experiences with the name Avianna: | Edit

My own name is Avianna, I pronounce it "Ah-vee-anna" with an accent, so it sounds like "Av-yanna". Every time I introduce myself, people say it's a beautiful name and ask me about the origin. It's a great icebreaker, and makes me feel very proud. I've found it has helped me stay unique from childhood to adulthood, because there is no one with the same name out there.
Downsides: when I shorten it to Avi, I often get referred to as Abby. But who can blame them, you don't come across Avianna every day and I like that.
