When ordering something or making an appointment for your daughter Brianne, make sure you spell her name. She is often called "Brianna", which is a little annoying to her. Also, when her softball team won the championship, she was given a carved bat with the name "Briann" on it.

I agree with people who name there daughters Brianne and people mistakely called them Brianna that happen all the time when I first start it school until I got mean at my one teacher who kept calling me Brianna for over two months so one day I told her it's Brianne with an e and Brianna with an a.

I grew up with the name Brianne when few people had ever heard it. On the 1st day of school, without fail, the male teachers would always call me Brian when calling the role. So I would have to correct them. Briannes today probably wouldn't have that problem because the name is more common. I do get called Brianna a lot, but I've grown tired of correcting people. It wasn't my favorite name growing up, but I've accepted it now.

Being named Brianne hasn't always the best. I've been callen Brianna so many times it's not even funny, even now at 19. Telling people there's an E and not an A gets old. I love it, but I hate it at the same time. I just don't understand why people look over the E when they're looking at my name.
