I actually like the name Bristol. It sounds trendy names like Crystal and Brianna, but it's sparkling and individual, and associated with a beautiful place, Bristol Bay, Alaska. When I hear it, I think of the beautiful blue Alaskan waters.

I recently named my baby girl Bristol. We named her after the Nascar Race Track "Bristol Motor Speedway".. I think the name is beautiful and unique. I never have to worry about yelling out on the play ground and have 6 girls turn around like the name isabella, or madison. Which are beautiful name but Bristol is unique but easy to pronounce not one of those names you can never say right.

My granddaughter is named Bristol. She lives in another city in another state. I actually live in a U.S. city named Bristol. This causes much confusion when I talk to people about Bristol, but I wouldnt have it any other way. When my granddaughter comes to visit there are signs all over the city that say Welcome to Bristol and Thanks for Visiting Bristol.

My cousins' dog is named Bristol, after the mountain.
