There are so many of them now -- at least two in every grade at my daughter's school. A pretty name, but too overused for some.

I was born in 1995 and my parents were going to name me Emma, but changed their minds last minute and decided on Courtney instead. I like Courtney, but I wouldn't have minded Emma either.

I found this on a list of top 20 "whitest" names for girls.
