My name is Faith. My parents are really religious. I grew up and realized I was not, in the least. But of course, I am stuck with my name. I go by my middle name now, which I like much better, but still don't particularly like. All I am saying is... that is a big name for a kid to live up to. I would recommend not using it for that fact. Your child may grow up and believe the facts of science instead of religion. I resent my name because having blind faith to me is idiotic. I don't recommend this name whatsoever, but I assume if this name floats your boat you will use it anyway. Just think about it though, don't assume your children will have faith just because you do.

I also have the name Faith. I never really liked it either and when I was younger I asked my parents if I could go by my middle name Annemarie (they said no). I'm okay with it now because I do like thats it not a very common name, and also a "grown up" name compared to Bridget or Miley. Also I think the thing that bugged me the most about the name Faith is that my twin sister has the name Hope and when we tell people they sometimes think we are joking about that or they ask "wheres Charity? or Grace?" That gets annoying.

I was named after Faith Ford, and I really don't like my name. I just really don't like that it starts with an "F" for one reason. It is just associated with a lot of bad things... like failure and an awful 4 letter word! I may be being drastic, but I really don't care for the name at all. That plus there is never ANYTHING with my name on it. oh well haha
