i have never met anyone that didnt think my name was unique and beautiful.. I have also never met anyone with my name, maybe a bit different in spelling but never the exact same. Griselle is commonly mistaken for Griselda, very odd because they dont sound or look to much alike and they are spelled differntly.

growing up noone can come up with a knickname so I became Gee... people have mispronounced my name from Grizzle to CRistelle its crazy...

My name is Griselle too, and it's so weird you said you were named after a german nurse. My mom said my grandfather named me after he met a nurse prior to me being born, in Mayaguez. LOL i wonder if it's the same nurse, if so what wow that's a popular nurse! I hear people tell me it's a unique name also, but when ppl ask me my name i say Giselle cuz most of the time they mispronounce my name LOL
