I have only met one Lina in my 40+ years. She pronounced her name LEE-nah.

My name is Lina and I am 14 years old. I also pronounce it LEE-nah
but some of my friends pronounce it Linah. ( I come from Sweden originally)

I have also only met one Lina - but she pronounced it LIE-nah.
