My name is Lynsey and it is extremely unique in terms of not very many people having the same spelling. I have met one person with the same spelling but it wasn't in my home town. It is very strong, which describes me very well. It is creative and is always a good topic of discussion with new people. The only difficult part is having it spelled incorrectly. Happens all the time.
I love having this creatively spelled version of a common name. It sets me apart from the many, many girls born in the 80s with some variation of the name.
