After having 4 handsome son's and 1 beautiful daughter I thought my baby having days were over. God on the other hand had something else in mind for me. While I may not have given birth to her -I was in the dilvery room when she was born. My husband and I named her simply because of the meaning of the name--My or Mine. Because that is exactly what she is....MINE. She's almost 3 and rotten as they come.

The name Mia is #5 on the list of top 100 cool baby girl names in the baby name book "Cool Names" by Pamela Redmond Satran and Linda Rosenkrantz.

People have always complimented and taken towards my name. I love it, it was easy to learn to write as child, and suitable for any age.

Mia was the name of the sister I almost had. She was a miscarriage child. I never had my chance to meet her, but I will someday in Heaven. When I'm married and have a little girl, that's going to be her name.
