My name is Paige and overall I've had a pretty good experience with it. It has become much more popular in recent years, but in the '80s, when I was a kid, it was rare. I didn't have much trouble with teasing when I was in elementary school, and as I've gotten older, I've learned to really appreciate that my name is unique. While Kates, Laurens, Sarahs, Elizabeths, etc. abound, I am almost always the only Paige in the room.

My sister likes her name a lot. I like to call her pudge.

My mom's name is Paige, and she HATES it. She got teased a ton as a kid, and she hated it. Now, she says she's used to it, but she still despises it. It's a really boring name.

My name is Paige, and I did hate it growing up. I couldn't get away with anything! No one had my name in the whole state, I swear! My parents named all 5 of their children with names beginning with "P." But then again, try growing up with parents named Phyllis and Paul. My family in age order sounds like a song (if you say it fast): Phyllis, Paul, Paul, Paige, Pamelyn, Patrice, and Phillip!!!!!

My best friend's name is Paige Marie, but at school people call her Poppy Paige, and sometimes the teachers spell her name Payge, Paihge, or Page; so she goes by Marie and she hates her name! She always says it sounds like page. I think it's really pretty though.
