I really love this name and although it is not my given name I tend to go by it online and other places...

I love the name. After watching BloodRayne about a zillion times when i was pregnant, I named my daughter Rayne. It's a really beautiful name!

I have found in my adult life that many people think my name is "pretty" but then, they can only say and hear it, they do not live with it. Growing up, it was a hard name to live with. While everyone else had something with their name on it (key chains, rulers, ect) I could never get something like that. I got teased often about my name. I no longer deal with teasing, but it is still strange to hear someone say my name when they are talking to me. However, I wouldn't change it because it is unusual and I like not knowing someone else with my name.
