My name is Stefani. As a kid, I loved my name, but as I've gotten older some of the shine has worn off. It's pronounced like Stephanie, but it is often mispronounced like Stef-awny. Also, it often gets misspelled by people who assume it's spelled Stephanie. I feel like I constantly have to clarify my name's spelling to people. That said, I like that this name seems like a simpler spelling than the traditional name. I also like that I don't know anyone else with this exact name. So basically, I'm on the fence about my own name.
