My daughters name is Taylah. I live in the United States, so its unfamiliar to most people and they sometimes have trouble pronouncing it. Some of the critiques I heard from friends when I was choosing a name was that it sounds like a ghetto from of Taylor. When people ask her name, I say "Taylah" and they reply "Taylor???" no, Taylah, "Kayla???" no TAYLAH and then they get it. I LOVE the name. So does my daughter, who is 5 now.

This is my daughters name we varied the spelling because in Australia we don't pronounce our R's at the end of a word (so when we say taylor it comes out taylah eg. far would be fah) it looked prettier for a girl with the ah on the end as well

Tay, Tay-Tay (I despise Tay-Tay, people try to call her that, and I would prefer they didnt.)
