I thought Taylor(F) was quite unique when I named my daughter back in 1983. Some of my friends & their friends in Massachusetts liked the name and started using it. Did I start a trend? Or was it in popular use before that?

My name is Taylor and I love this name.

My name is Taylor, too! My parents named me after Taylor Dayne because one of her songs was playing on the radio in the hospital just after I was born and they really liked the name. I love my name and am glad mum and dad decided to spell it with -or instead of -a. I think it's so much better as a unisex spelling.
