If you live in the Untied states or England do not name your kid Zehra. For some reasong it is very hard for English speaking people to pronounce it right. I have heard my name massacred in so many ways it is not even interesting anymore but highly offensive.

I love my name and no other would suit me better but it is hard to pronounce. My experiences have been pretty bad and infuriating.

Nicknames for Zahra: | Edit

Zee which is my nickname. But it was very easily turned into Zebra on the playground and even by a college proffesor a few days ago. I fondly call my wife Zoo, Zooey or Zee; she doesnt hesitate to call me Moo (Mubarak)!
