This name is a variant spelling of Xanthe. Xanthe was one of the Amazon warriors, and the name has been used in English speaking countries for may years.

I am not sure if the name Zanthe with a Z is very common. It appears to be used in South Africa and New Zealand a little. Please, if you have ever seen Zanthe with a Z, add some siblings to the cloud!
