I'm 18, and about to graduate high school. I've been obsessed with names for about three or four years now, and I've been following this blog since then. :)

New Baby Alert: Hayley Rose, sister to Hayden Christopher (age 2). Parents were also considering Victoria.
Met some kids with interesting names today while volunteering at a Feed the Hungry picnic: America, age 11 Amillion, age 4 (boy) Sibset- Antoinette, age 10 Nautica, age 7 (girl) Layla, age 4 Leon, 9 months
So, I'm still working at that summer camp, and I've got another list of names. These are kids between 18 and 24 months: Girls: Isabelle (older brothers are Ethan and Owen) Keaton Sophia Layla Lola Maddie (just Maddie, not Madeline, Madison, etc.) Eva Taylor Anabelle Boys: Landon Joshua Colton Conner (older brother is Trey) Bradlee (older sisters are Jenna, Kendall, and Danielle) Jay Owen Parker Cruz Walker (younger sister is Morgan) Ryan
Off topic, but... I've been working at a summer camp, and I wrote down the list of some of the kids, all age 6-18 months. Boys: Max and Leo (twins) Garratt (brother to Jenna) Gage Reese Tyson (brother to Mallory) Dylan Cohen Griffin Luke Blake Girls: Harper (sister to Ella) Lily Brooke Zoey McKenna Genevieve Sophia Reagan Morgan Caroline Also, new baby alert: Mich@el Anthony and R@chel Marie, twins. Older siblings Daniel and Mariah.
I started work at a summer camp today, working with kids about 18-24 months old. The ones I remember: Girls: Jorgia Anelise Annabeth Maddie Jada Mia Sloan (has older brother Major) Boys: Jack Matthew Reid Pierce (has older brother Saxton) Seiji (SAY-jee)
Also, I overheard some teenagers discussing names this week: One girl liked Kyla. Another liked Sarah and David. One of the boys liked Jennifer and the other like Jae (for both a boy and a girl). Interesting to hear their perspective on names!
New baby alert: Seth Edward LN Brother to Jacob (4) and Isabella (1). Family was unaware of any Twilight connections when naming Isabella, and were shocked to know Seth was also a character in the books. Edward was a family name.
Jessica L: Carly may have become more popular because of a popular TV show on Nickelodeon, iCarly, about a teenage girl with a popular webshow. That's the only thing I can think of.
At first, I was a bit shocked that Hannah dropped so much, but it's okay, because it's been my favorite girl name for several years. Not that I'll be having children anytime soon (at least five-ten years). I was even more shocked that Chloe made the top ten. I guess I shouldn't be, it's just a name that I cannot stand due to a bad association, and the name just kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
New baby alert: Caleb Michael LN to a cousin of mine, born Friday.
Hey, this no vowels thing is kind of fun... Just going through some family names: Timothy = Tmth Pamela = Pml Amber = Mbr Amy (that's me) = m ? Haha, I guess I'll just go by m now to conserve letters. :)
Jessica: Tell your friend congratulations on baby Wyatt! Coincidentally, I know a James Wyatt (about 2 years old) who goes by Wyatt.
Just returned from a dance competition, some of the young girls (probably aged around 4-8) were: Macey Maren Kati Kayleigh Tori Samantha And boys: Curtis Edgar Torey The boys really surprised me with their names (all were probably 7 or 8).
For more information on Jasper from the Twilight series, Wikipedia has some good information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jasper_Hale#Jasper_Hale
I know a girl named Holly Joy, who was not born in December, though her name may lead you to believe so. She was actually born in April.
Regarding virtue names: There is a relatively new show on Nickelodeon, called True Jackson, VP. It's about a teenaged girl named True who becomes a vice president for a large fashion corporation.
Not sure if this is of interest to anyone, but while on Facebook, I came across this group: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=2221197812 It's a group of people complaining about their unusual names, and having to constantly spell them for others.
I met an interesting sibset this week: Michael (17) Marquis (16) Markus (9) Jazmine (5) Yazmine (4) It was pretty hard to remember who was who, I'm not sure how the parents did it.
Louise: I personally know a Malia Rose, three years old. I think her name flows quite well, although it is a common middle name (at least where I live).
